So, what was the big news from yesterday you ask??
Bret and I made an offer on a house!
Found out today we out outbid by $600.
FAIL.
Today I plan to eat some very bad for me sweets because tomorrow is Ash Wednesday which means Lent is beginning. Now, I am not Catholic (Baptist actually), but I do have my own personal beliefs about Lent. Therefore, beginning tomorrow I will no longer be eating cakes... cupcakes... cookies... candy... all the yummy goodies that I love. This is going to be a huge challenge for me but I know, for God, I can do this!

I didn't think anyone over the age of 5 could pull off a tutu, but those women actually look kinda cute! I say go for it!!

Bummer about the house. Boo! And good luck with lent! I thought about giving up alcohol, but my hubby said that was cheating! Whatever..as if there aren't enough things pregnant women need to give up, do I really have to add one more.

I'm trying to figure out what to give up for Lent as well...I'm thinking cheese maybe. I think my husband would not be happy about that. Sweets are always a good idea though!!
