email fail = bad blogger

I had every intention of doing a Wordless Wednesday post today and just putting up the picture of my HUGE piece of Carrot Cake I ate yesterday for dessert (sending sweets out in style for Lent) however, I found something I must say so... wordless wednesday, peace out.

Story of how I blog...

I write my blog, duh, and then I receive the comments to my email, duh.  Well, I usually check my email on my phone throughout the day, see what comments you guys leave me (yall are all so sweet and funny!), let that build up for like two days or so, delete my emails from my phone and finally get on my computer at home to respond to all the comments yall have left.  I can type faster and write more from a real keyboard.  just fact.

So, last night at the casa I logged into my email to respond to yall's comments and low and behold, the internet decided to keep "Not Responding" every 30 seconds or so making it IMPOSSIBLE to type even an entire sentence to respond.  And since I always delete my emails off of my phone, all the comments you guys have been making over the past few posts... yeah, they are not going to get responded to.  So sorry.  I hate that.  I was very angry with my computer last night.  Moving forward, I will just cave in to my generation and rely on my phone.  But I apologize to you loyal followers & commenters out there.  I am not ignoring you.  My internet is just the spawn of Satan. xx

and now... even though not so much any more, Wordless Wednesday in celebration of Ash Wednesday and me giving up sweets for my own Baptist beliefs.

Oh, and let me tell you a little story about today.  It will be fun.  For starters, I am about to fall out of my chair I am so tired.. seriously. Sleep. AND, to add to that, I had to work for my coffee this morning! Where I work is pretty large - We have about 500 employees so there is a cafeteria and multiple coffee bars throughout the building. Well, I go to the coffee bar nearest me. I put in my sugar, put in my creamer, walk over to the coffee machine and low and behold, all the lights are flashing because it's out. ::sigh:: so, I head to the cafeteria. No lights are flashing so I start getting my coffee and about half way into filling up my cup, the coffee turns to water because it has now ran out. Seriously?! So NOW I walk to the other end of the building to a different coffee bar and have to start the process all over again. I swear, had that coffee bar been out of coffee too and I would have had to go upstairs... I would have just been cranky. Not that going up stairs is a big deal but HELLO. It's my morning coffee. I shouldn't have to work for it. It should be there. Ready for me to drink it and pep up. Ya know??
