Now I want to discuss my least favorite parts of this 1-2-3 video or just some things that I notice. Don't get me wrong, I like the video a lot for how short it is and how much I have to push myself during the workouts and I am still going to keep working out to it but, I have a few things I would like to share.
- In Level 2 Jillian always makes comments "If you work out like this, you will look her" talking about the girl in the back left. Sorry, I don't remember her name but it is the black girl who does everything on the hard level. I am sorry but she is WAY more muscular than I ever want to be so when she says that I always have a secret panic moment thinking "NO!"
- I hate plank squat thrusts - Those are the death of me every time! AWFUL!
- Does anyone else catch themselves talking to the T.V.? Jill will say something like
"Keep it up," "I know this burns," "You're doing a great job" and I always find myself telling her to SHUT-UP. You cannot see me, quit BSing in my ear. I think I am about to start working out to my own music with the TV on MUTE - What is that tattoo on the white girls hip on the far right? Has anybody figured it out? Again, I am distracted by all the tattoos this show has to offer my eyes!
Ok, I think that will do for now... I know I have more that I cannot think of at the moment but I know I will be reminded of them later tonight!

Haha we noticed the tattoo on Anita's (I'm pretty sure thats her name..) hip during level 1. We can't figure out what it is either. I think when you are trying to work out, any little thing can distract you. At least it distracts me..
That is dedication!!! Natalie is the one who does the hard way and she scares me, ha!
i hate level 2. and those twisty jumpy things where you swing your arms the opposite way KILLLLL me.
