do I have too much time on my hands?

I am beginning to think that I might blog too much. When I first joined the blogging community at the end of last year I did not really say much or blog too often. Now I find myself writing at least one entry a day. A) Surely nobody reads everything I write and B) does that make me look as pathetic as I think it does?! Oh well. I am keeping myself entertained at work!

Last night was Shred 7 and I attempted it on Level 3. I didn't want to move to Level 3 just yet because that means I will be on Level 3 for 23 more workouts but, I was getting bored and burned out of Level 2. Should be interesting to see how long it takes me to get burned out of Level 3. But so, Level 3 my shredding buddies is HARD. I absolutely love it because it kills your legs which is what I have been wanting all along. I feel like my arms don't need as much attention as they get in the other levels so I was happy to learn that Level 3 made my legs feel like jello at the end. It was great! I had set my alarm this morning at 6:05am to get up and go run a mile but about 6:00am I woke up on my own, realized my legs were sore (joy!!) and decided to skip the run and sleep in to my usual 6:30am wake up call. For those of you who have done Level 3, let me know what you think!

This past week at work has had a little more going on than usual. We finally have some open positions so I am getting to recruit and interview again so that makes my days go by a little bit faster than snail speed - Maybe tortoise. I looked out my window earlier and there was a mocking bird sitting right outside singing to me! My family believes that my late grandmother, Memaw, is now a mocking bird (all in the fun sense, not the actual reincarnation sense) so I was very happy to see that she dropped by to say "hi" to me! Not too long ago when Bret Lee and I were out for a walk a mocking bird was circling around us and following us along. I told Bret Memaw was just trying to get to know him better since she never got to meet him. It makes me happy to think she is still around. :)

I am really starting to look forward to this weekend - Well, I look forward to all weekends but this one should be fun. Our friends Diane and Craig are coming into town and we haven't seen them since our trip to Colorado. When you have been roommates with somebody for four years, going that long without seeing them is tragic! Also, on Saturday, Bret's old roommate Steven and his fiance Magan will be in town! Lots of visitors!! Our company is also having their yearly golf tournament Saturday afternoon, if it doesn't get rained out, so Bret will be playing in that while I help one of the other girls drive around the Beer Cart to all the players. Should be nice to get outside and see Bret play golf - Again, if it does not get rained out.

Does anybody watch American Idol? I adore three people on that show 1) Adam 2) Kris and 3) Matt! Matt almost got sent home last night but the judges decided to save him and I am telling you I was screaming like one of those 13-year old girls in the audience! It was a fantastic moment! Another great TV moment that happened this week was a guy won $100,000 on Wheel of Fortune! I love Wheel of Fortune, Bret and I watch it every night if we are at home and I love when we catch big moments like that. CLASSIC!

I hope everyone is having a great day!
