Shred 3

Let it be said that by the end of the day yesterday I could not lift my arms to save my life. I have yet to feel the Shred video in my legs like I wish I would but I believe Shred day 1 with my eight pound weights paralyzed my arms! However, yesterday when I got home from work, bum arms and all, I pushed through and did my third day with the shred video again on Level 2. I desperately wanted to go back down to Level 1 but then I started to feel guilty and committed to Level 2. It wasn't too bad yesterday. My arms warmed up so that helped out a LOT and I didn't start to really get tired until the third circuit. I believe that is a good sign that I am getting close to moving up to Level 3 - WOO HOO! Afterwards, once my arms cooled down from the workout, I was a pathetic scene. I could barely do anything. Getting in bed last night took forever because it hurt to lift my arms to wash my face, brush my teeth, take my sweatshirt off - everything! I told Bret that if I tripped and fell (which happens a lot) I didn't believe I would even be able to catch myself... I would just fall over! I made my self sleep last night face down with my arms pinned out in front of me perfectly straight. I was afraid of sleeping with my arms bent in fear of waking up this morning and not being able to straighten them like yesterday! I believe it worked because my arms feel a whole lot better today - either that or the three extra strength Ibuprofen I took. The kind where they tell you only take one in 24 hours. My bad. Bring on day 4! I have already told myself though that on the weekends there will be no shredding - If I have time I will go to the gym to run but other than that, I am resting!

Well hi! Found you off of another blogger page and wanted to say Happy Anniversary a day early:p That is so exciting! I cannot wait until Robert's and my one year and it'll be here before we know it because four months have almost passed and it seems like yesterday that I married that wonderful man:p So shredding, what is that exactly? I'm always up for learning new workout routines:) Stop by and comment sometime! I told your friend that I love making you friends so don't be shy! lol...Oh, I went and added myself to your fallow list.
