I have been very bad with my shredding the past few days :/ I didn't shred Thursday - Saturday which basically means, anything positive I did Monday - Wednesday, I probably lost. Oh well. Last night after Bret and I got home from our trip (will blog about in a bit) I decided I ate terrible over the weekend and desperately needed to work out! So, I got Jillian out of the now dusty case and hopped right in to Level 2. I found myself last night not really putting forth too much effort and caught myself yawning a lot. No telling how productive that workout was! But, the point was - I DID IT! I really think I should be closing in on Level 3 pretty soon. I think I am going to do this whole week at Level 2 and then move up. I am not sore at all today which bothers me some. I might have to start doing more of a workout on top of my shredding to make sure I am doing enough to make a
difference. Oh, and real quick, to clear something up people are commenting about - I am not using 8lb weights any more. I used them once and almost killed myself. I quickly went out and bought 3lb weights. So please, nobody be impressed with me. Using 8lb weights are for crazy people only!!
Side Note: If anybody has a good workout that gets rid of your inner thighs, please pass it along. That is without a doubt my trouble zone!
Recently I purchased some letters from
http://secure.wonderfulgraffiti.com/ for my dining room table chairs. They came in on Friday and I was super excited!! I just adore Wonderful Graffiti! The letters came in a little bigger than what I thought but I think I made them work.

Even if you weren't sore, I think it's great you still did it! Every bit helps!
My thighs are my least fave and I found running outside really helps tone and shape them up! AND makes them so sore!
I love the letters for your dining room chairs! They are so cute and it adds such a nice personal touch! Love it!
