We got to San Angelo on Friday and hurried off to the wedding rehearsal and the dinner - It was so great getting to catch up with Bret's friends and getting to meet some wonderful new people. I might be biased but I think I had the most handsome date there!
The wedding was being held at a beautiful winery - Minus the heat at the rehearsal, it really was perfect!
Saturday, while there was a monsoon in west texas, the boys ran errands to get ready for the wedding while me and Chelsea, one of the other groomsmen wife, went shopping around town - Yay shopping!
Then it was time for the wedding!
Phillip and Amber could not have looked more perfect and been more happy to be together - I am so blessed to have experienced their marriage. The rain stopped about 4 hours prior to the wedding starting and cooled the air off from 100 to 80 degrees - IT WAS PERFECT!!
Shout-out to the great events that happened on Saturday also include MALLORY'S GRADUATION and CARLI TURNED 1!!!!
Sunday began the long day of driving - But it was so worth it. First we headed out to see the Stribling family! Kara is having twins so we brought her a must needed baby gift:
Then we took in 8 hours worth of texas scenery - My favorite part? The massive windmills!
While we were trucking it across texas, my nieces, Madison and Avery were getting baptised in Austin!
Happy baby girls!!
We got in about 10:00pm last night and today we are sitting, resting and doing nothing but playing with this adorable, loving, and perfect, baby girl!!!
YAY! We are home!! YAY!!
