How was every body's weekend?!

What did the Mathis' do?
a.lot.of.nothing.
friday
worked without having to touch a drop of school work
praise the Lord
had yummy mexican torta for lunch
hung out by the pool after work and well into the evening
had late night Papa Johns
yes, with garlic and peppers
saturday
woke up at 5:40am because my body doesn't let me sleep
played around on the computer
went to chick-fil-a for lunch with the hubs
bed bath & beyond for moving materials
home, more pool time
friends to BBQ
sunday

movie, movie, movie day!
please hold back your shock but I, Katie Mathis, have never seen Back to the Future
So, Bret set I, II, and III to record on the DVR
Sunday I had the pleasure to watch I and II
I have to admit, I LOVE these movies so far
HOW REVOLUTIONARY!
For its time, Back to the Future was in the know.
If I could relate it to HRD in some way, I would totally write a paper for Grad School on this!
Later, Bret and I went to see:

And, do you want to know who surprised me in this movie?
Little miss Scarlett Jo was HOTT.

Less than 2 weeks till Bret and I close on our house!
YEAH!
My parents, mother & sister-in-love will all be here the first weekend in June to help paint and get the house looking FABULOUS!
I want to repaint the kitchen and 3 of the 4 bedrooms, any paint suggestions?!
Decorating tips?!

Choosing paint colors can be stressful! Our kitchen is yellow, our living room is a tan-ish color, our bedroom is a greyish-blue, and our bathroom is chocolate brown :) Can't wait to see what y'all pick!

i love papa john's pizza and that garlic butter sauce but i have not had it in forever...i miss it!!
we watched back to the future as well....not sure which one we watched though! haha! the one where they are in the mall parking lot, by jcpenny and they test the car. ha!

We saw Iron Man last night. LOVE!!! I have already decided that, after I move, I'm going to get my hair done exactly that color! :) But it was an awesome movie. Robert Downey, Jr is my fave. :)
