I DID IT!
I officially completed my 30 day Shred last night! I started out strong with Jillian, shreding everyday but I quickly became bored (go figure) of the same work out routine that I eventually started shaking it up a lot. But, I am happy to say that last night I did my 30th Shred workout! Woo hoo! My adventure started Monday, April 6th when Bret was out of town on business. On that day I weighed 120 lbs. and I believe I was in between a size 6 and 4. (granted, I had been working out since the end of December so my weight loss had already begun) When I weighed in this morning I was 113 lbs and I am wearing 2's and 4's! :) I have no clue as to what type of inches I have lost around my body because I do not keep up with that but I do know I feel healthy and I don't want to puke when I look in the mirror - that has to be worth something. Thank you everyone who was doing the Shred before me and convinced me to start shredding! Super fun and I plan to keep shredding!

WOW! That is huge! I keep reading about ya'll doing the shredding and think I need to try it too...One of these days maybe:) Gosh darn, I don't think I've ever been a size 4, what does that feel like!?!

Gosh, I haven't weighed 113 since I can remember! I definitely need to get back on track with Jillian!
