i've got that boom boom pow!

The title of my blog has nothing to do with what I am talking about, well, not that I know of at least. I have just been singing that one lyric for a million minutes it feels like so I thought if I wrote it down, maybe it would leave my head! One can only hope. Then I will probably move on to an even more ridiculous song that I secretly love. I am sensing Britney making an apperance.

My life for the past few days have been good - I like good life days! Tuesday after work I ran to buy Mommy her Mother's Day goodies :) Get excited Mom! Then I ran home and completed Shred 14 on Level 3. I still believe I am never going to make it to Shred 30. Seriously, it is taking FOREVER. Probably not 10 minutes after I finished working out Bret walked through the door looking as handsome as ever! Yeah for husbands coming home! We ate dinner, watched American Idol (Kris rocked my world by singing a Beatles song - My favorite!!) and then Bret was asleep by about 9:00pm. He had to wake up Tuesday at 4:45am our time, I told him I would have been in bed by 7:00!

Yesterday I got up and hit the elliptical then got ready for work. After work I did a pilates video that I had to wipe some dust off of. I have been sick for the past few days so I wasn't in the mood to go all out with the whole shredding business. Ate dinner, watched Kris get through to the final three (WOO HOO!), took the pill of death and passed out.

Now I am at work, trying to get over my pill buzz and looking forward to tomorrow being FRIDAY! Bret and I are heading to Round Rock to see my sister, Shannon and her family and my parents will be coming down as well. We will be going to a baseball game for my nephew and then tailgating at the Round Rock Express (minor league) baseball game Saturday night. Sunday of course is Mother's Day so we will be celebrating my mom and sister! FUN!
