favorite baby products

for all those mommies out there (or soon to be mommies) here are some of my favorite things i have enjoyed having for my little b.

Aveeno Baby Calming Comfort Bath very much so works on Brooklyn. If she is fussy and it's bath time I can put a little bit of this in the tub with her and after her bath she quickly calms down. She does love bath time to begin with (she is going to be my little water baby) so this is just a little extra bonus for when she isn't feeling her best.

 Dr. Brown's' formula mixing pitcher has been AMAZING. Brooklyn has been formula fed the entire time and I like to make several bottles ahead of time to last me the next 48 hours. This makes mixing the formula very easy and pouring into the bottles even easier. If you are going to formula feed your kiddo, I highly recommend this one!

I have a baby book for Brooklyn that I keep up with but I also have a 13 month sticker calendar that I write in every day for Brooklyn. I am so in love with this! It's fun looking back on each day and seeing how far she has come and how quickly she is developing!

Brooklyn has a new little toy (the ball below) and she is LOVING it. Sh can grab it, rattle it, put it in her mouth, and the best part is it makes her smile. It has been a great tool for teaching her how to reach out and hold on to things. 

Every morning and afternoon I use Johnson's hand & face wipes on Brooklyn. They smell wonderful and it helps to get the sleep out of her eyes gently and rub away the dirt she has collected at daycare. I love these things!

My sister-in-law SWORE that this fisher price rocker was the best thing when she had her daughter and I am here to agree. It is light weight so very simple to pick up and take with you to any room. If Brooklyn is awake when I need to take a shower I can put her in this and put it in the bathroom with me. Or if I am in the kitchen or living room or on the moon, this thing comes with me with Brooklyn in tow! They make all different cute colors. GET ONE!

Lastly (for now) I love the SwaddleMe brand swaddles. Brooklyn has several and they are cute because my mommy had them monogrammed (everything is better monogrammed!) When it's time for bed Brooklyn is changed, swaddled, fed her last bottle and then she is down for the count. She sleeps SO great in her swaddle because she doesn't jerk herself awake. During the day though I don't swaddle her just because I like her to know when it's swaddle time, it's bed time. I even have a song for her..
"Iiiiiittt's swaddle time! And you know what that means!" (bed time)
