long weekends and short weeks - i am a happy girl!

Bret and I had a busy, busy, busy long weekend!

went home to pack

drove to springtown

caught up with the family after hannah's graduation

relaxed at the house

bed time

saturday

up bright and early

drove around town setting up for our cousin, hannah's, graduation party

rushed lunch at sonic

gift buying

rushed getting ready

party time with 40 of hannah's friends and family

me, bret, mallory, and rusty put together a college survival kit for hannah

complete with condoms as a joke

her face was priceless

traditional scavenger hunt

home to crash

up bright and early again

emergency coffee run

get the house ready for birthday lunch for mallory and darrell

eat some yummy steaks with the fam

monday

happy memorial day

packed up odds and ends

head to casa de mathis for yard work

home depot for more paint samples and rake

tested out the paint and put together art work

not a healthy day for us by any means

home to shower and crash one last time

and... now I am at work!  My parents are coming down Thursday night to help with the painting process so I will be off on Friday making this a 3 day work week! YAY!  THEN, my mother and sister-in-love will be here Friday evening to help us paint as well AND celebrate Mallory's 22nd birthday. Yah!!
