We gobbled...we wobbled and then some!

And we are back! Yippee! Mine and Bret's Thanksgiving holiday went over very, very well.  It was relaxing, seemed to be a million days long and filled with yummy food and fantastic family and friends!  I have posted a slideshow of some of the highlights for your viewing pleasure :)

Some points to make note of:

• Wednesday - Lazy.  Went to lunch with some of Bret's high school buddies.  Cooked.  Did the Dirty Dancing workout DVD with my MIL and SIL while Rusty watched.  HILARIOUS.  Ate lasagna. Yum
• Thursday - Turkey Trotted it up bright and early.  10k (6.2 miles) in 55 minutes for me, 5k (3.1 miles) in 28 minutes for B. Yeah!  Got ready, headed to Thanksgiving #1 at Mawmaw and Granddad's.  Headed to watch the Cowboys game and to finish off Thanksgiving #2 at Nannies.  Went to bed during the TAMU game, which we lost, because of my turkey + dessert coma.
• Friday - Headed to Longview.  Played with my nieces and nephews.  Headed out for some lunch and late afternoon shopping.  Played a lot of Skipbo.  Had Thanksgiving leftovers for dinner. Yum.
• Saturday - Had the Gobble Wobble early.  Ran a 5k with Daddy (His first! Yippee!) and then headed home to have a yummy breakfast.  Did some more shopping, had yummy Dudley's Cajun food for dinner, came home, played train and hit the hay!
• Sunday - Slept till 9:30am (WOAH), Maw came over for hamburgers, Bret and I got on the road, trip delayed an hour due to traffic, got home.  Unpacked.  Took down Fall/Thanksgiving decorations.  Got Christmas cards addressed.  Started a new book and passed out!

Yippee! And now... back to the daily grind.  I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! If I don't post on yalls blogs I apologize - I have a LOT to catch up on!
