I'm a heart saver!
This morning, along with some of my co-workers, I got to go through CPR and Defibrillator training! It was super neat and now if someone around me (knock on wood) happens to stop breathing I know how to give them the proper CPR with the 30 compressions to 2 breaths of air reps AND, even cooler, I can shock their heart with the new defibrillator my company just got. It really was a very interesting class filled with hands on training and I even got to learn basic Heimlich maneuver and several other little tricks of the trade. I have a special card now saying I am a trained professional - for the next two years at least. Go me!
