Hello Diane - Goodbye Texas Stadium!

This has been a very eventful weekend! Friday after work Bret and I went to dinner with Robert and Jennifer at Texas Roadhouse. It was fantastically wonderful, of course! We had a good time hanging out with them and laughing about old stories from college days - It was interesting to say the least! After that Bret and I went and rented season 2 of Heroes. If anyone does not watch this show, I highly recommend taking a interest in it, you will not regret the new experience! Saturday was a treat because Diane came into town and we got to have lunch with her! YEAH! I have not seen Diane in about two months and I was missing her way too much. When you go from living with someone for four years to them living three hours away, it is kind of an adjustment! But it was great getting to see her :)

Saturday afternoon Bret and I finished some last minute shopping then went home so I could wrap presents - ugh! But I got everything done, squeezed in some episodes of Heroes then headed off to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Cowboys game with some friends. I am a little bummed that the last Cowboys game in Texas Stadium was a loss, but it was still neat knowing that I was getting to see the last game. It was an all around fun and busy day!

Showing off my Cowboys pride!

Today, Sunday, has been pretty relaxing for the most part (so far that is). We finished off Heroes this morning, I just got back from shopping at Target - My weekly therapy as I like to call it, and now I am finishing my last load of laundry and I'm about to start packing! We leave tomorrow night to head to Springtown and then to Longview on the 26th, not returning to College Station until the 28th so that means I have a LOT of clothes to pack! FUN STUFF! It is hard to believe that Christmas will be here in a few days. This year is just flying by! I am very excited though to be with both families this year and I cannot wait to see everyone.
